Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee will be calculated and added to each order. There is free delivery within some postal codes, which will show during checkout.

It is best to place your order ahead of time to ensure we are able to deliver on your requested delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement. We make every effort to maintain the style and color, while also using flowers of equal or greater value.
